Adult classes at Vitruvian meet once every week and last for 4 or 8 weeks depending on the depth of the material covered.
Unless otherwise noted, materials are not provided. It is the responsibility of each student to purchase all necessary art materials for a class. A materials list will be sent to all enrolled students via mail/email at least one week prior to start date.
Student enrollment is capped at 12 to ensure everyone receives plenty of instruction and space to work. Registration must take place a minumum of one full week prior to the start of the first day of class. To reserve space in any class, we require a minimum $50 non-refundable deposit per person at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due in full by the first class session. Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted. A $20 processing fee will be levied on returned checks.

REFUND POLICY: A refund will be granted for withdrawal from any course prior to the start of the second class session less the $50 registration deposit. No refunds will be granted after the start of the second class session. This policy applies to both 4 and 8 week courses.

Youth Program
The Youth Program at Vitruvian is ongoing - once students enroll they may study with us for as long as they wish. Class size is limited to 10 to ensure everyone receives plenty of instruction and space to work. We fill classes on a first-come-first-served basis, and once a class session fills it is closed to further enrollment. Any student interested in joining a closed session will be added to a waiting list and will be notified when space becomes available.
Payment is assessed monthly and is due at the first class of every month. Parents may schedule one free introductory class for their child and should they wish to continue, a pro-rated amount will be charged for the remainder of that month. One month is assumed to include four weekly class sessions, but if class meets fewer than four times in a month (due to holidays, for example) a pro-rated amount will be charged for that month. For any month containing five class sessions, the fifth class will be provided at no additional charge.
All required materials are provided in the studio. An annual fee will be charged to all students to cover materials costs. Students in the Advanced Course are responsible for acquiring any additional materials they may wish to use beyond what is provided in the studio.
